Our Story

Founded in 2018 in Belgium, ImmoPass was born from a simple observation: too many property transactions happen 'blind', without reliable building diagnosis.

In just a few years, ImmoPass has become the reference for residential technical audits, with over 5,000 inspections across Belgium, Luxembourg and northern France.

Today, thanks to the Immoweb partnership, ImmoPass makes its EPC certificates, electrical compliance checks and energy audits available to all Belgians.
